I have a history of teaching  children and adults to swim, from beginners, to triathletes. Specialist advice and technique skills, will improve your breathing and arms/ legs coordination.Put 2 metres on your speed, Take my advice!

You can do so much for yourself by simply moving, in terms of stretching, weights, walking, running and gym work. Teenage Fitness

Children need to stay active for not only their physical but also their mental health.

I’m offering 1to1 lessons, or sibling groups for ages 12 – 17 year olds.
Using the open air and wide open spaces offered on The Oval right here in Llandudno. Come rain or shine, I’ll be helping your child stay active with positive reinforcements.

Nordic walking classes

A must for all age groups, simple and so effective! Nordic Walking poles supplied. Such a social event meeting like minded people who encourage  each other to enjoy the pleasure of walking with poles with an incredible result for losing weight and gaining strength.

      How many times do I have to train a week?

      I recommend at least 2 or 3 although some clients manage 1 per week with  email or text advice.

      Depending on our lesson structure and time scale, duration and commitment.
